Rental Policies

Our basic Rental Application Qualifications include favorable rental history, household income of 3.5 times the rental amount, and satisfactory credit status. We encourage you to review our other policies and the details of our rental application, and to contact us with any questions, concerns, or comments.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Application fee is nonrefundable.
  • Deposit is refundable within 72 hours of approved application.
  • After 72 hours, deposit is nonrefundable.

Pet Policy

  • Indoor cats are welcome at all Classic Management, Inc. properties.
  • Dogs are accepted at Carlton Park Apartments (size restrictions may apply).
  • Nonrefundable pet deposits of $250 are required at time of lease signing.
