Our basic Rental Application Qualifications include favorable rental history, household income of 3.5 times the rental amount, and satisfactory credit status. Cancellation Policy

• Application fee is nonrefundable.
• Deposit is refundable within 72 hours of approved application.
• After 72 hours, deposit is nonrefundable.

Pet Policy

• Indoor cats are welcome at all Classic Management, Inc. properties.
• Dogs are accepted at Carlton Park Apartments (size restrictions may apply).
• Nonrefundable pet deposits of $250 are required at time of lease signing.
