Happy Summer:

 

Happy Summer to all of you.  We hope you are taking some time to read a book and enjoy some quiet time.  We are closing our offices at 4 on Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day so that we can enjoy an extra hour of family time.  Our regular Saturday hours for scheduled appointments will continue.   

 

 

A Good Neighbor Is a Vigilant Neighbor

 

It’s always a good, courteous practice to keep on eye on your neighbors’ well-being,  sometimes health problems prevent our neighbors from getting out.  So please be aware of your neighbors’ coming and going. If you haven’t seen a neighbor and are concerned for their safety, contact the office and we will check on them. Thank you.

Use our Web Site for Service Requests

 

You can now make maintenance and other Classic service requests over our web site.  The web gives you a way to easily submit requests at any time—during off hours—and from anywhere. And because you submit your request online, it helps streamline processing and can result in even faster service.

 

New Online Applications Manager

We are pleased to announce that Classic Management is now accepting online applications for rentals.  This  application has offered us a new venue for out of towners (and others) to secure their new home after visiting many communities on a tight schedule.  Online payments for rent is being pursued and should be available shortly.  Stay tuned!
