From Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend, all Classic Management Offices will close at 4:00 PM on Fridays.  In addition to being closed all Sundays, we are also closed on Memorial Day, the 4^th of July and Labor Day.  As always, our 24 hour maintenance hotline is available by calling 215-844-8603 Happy Summer!

Parking Policies

It is important to review policies and anticipate any needs you may have for holiday visits.  Temporary permits are available to all residents during normal office hours. Use for guests staying overnight or longer, rental cars, borrowed cars, and any other situation that may arise.

All residents must have a CMI parking permit displayed on their car at all times. Any car parked in the lot between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 8:00 am, without a displayed parking permit, is subject to towing at the owners expense.

Package Pickup

As a courtesy, we gladly accept packages for our residents where offices reside. We accept most anything except for perishables like flowers or fruit unless specifically requested be the resident. We make every effort to be be on site during posted hours but please understand that there is minimal staff at each of our offices and there may be times when your office may close early and unexpectedly. If you are expecting an important delivery that must be picked up immediately, please pick it up during the day or make other arrangements for it. We appreciate your understanding.

Use our Web Site for Service Requests

You can now make maintenance and other Classic service requests over our web site. The web gives you a way to easily submit requests at any time—during off hours—and from anywhere. And because you submit your request online, it helps streamline processing and can result in even faster service. For after hours maintenance emergencies, please call (215) 844-8603.
